Beim Abruf dieser Website speichert der Hosting-Anbieter automatisch Informationen in sogenannten Server-Logdateien, die Ihr Browser übermittelt. Dies umfasst insbesondere:

- Datum und Uhrzeit des Abrufs
- Name und URL der abgerufenen Datei

Diese Daten werden nicht mit anderen Datenquellen zusammengeführt. Rechtsgrundlage ist Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO (berechtigtes Interesse an der technischen Bereitstellung und Sicherheit der Website). Die Logdateien werden nach spätestens 30 Tagen gelöscht.

4. Externe Dienste
YouTube (datenschutzfreundlicher Modus)
Auf den Editions-Seiten werden Event-Videos über einen eingebetteten YouTube-Player abgespielt.
Es wird der datenschutzfreundliche Modus von YouTube verwendet (youtube-nocookie.com).
Beim Laden der Seite werden Ihre IP-Adresse und technische Browserdaten an Google LLC (USA) übermittelt.
Cookies werden von YouTube erst gesetzt, wenn Sie die Wiedergabe aktiv starten.
Rechtsgrundlage: Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO (berechtigtes Interesse an der Bereitstellung von Event-Inhalten).
Google LLC ist im Rahmen des EU-US Data Privacy Framework (DPF) zertifiziert und stützt internationale
Datentransfers auf Standardvertragsklauseln (SCC) gemäß Art. 46 DSGVO.

OpenStreetMap
Die Veranstaltungsseite enthält eine eingebettete Karte von OpenStreetMap. Beim Laden der Karte wird Ihre IP-Adresse an die Server der OpenStreetMap Foundation (Großbritannien/EU) übermittelt. OpenStreetMap setzt keine Werbe- oder Tracking-Cookies. Rechtsgrundlage: Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO (berechtigtes Interesse an der Darstellung des Veranstaltungsorts).

Diese Website setzt keine eigenen Cookies ein. YouTube kann beim aktiven Abspielen von Videos Cookies setzen (siehe Abschnitt 4).
6. Kontakt & Anmeldung per E-Mail
Turnieranmeldung: Zur Teilnahme am Turnier nehmen Sie per E-Mail Kontakt auf und übermitteln dabei Ihren Namen und Ihre E-Mail-Adresse. Diese Daten werden ausschließlich für die Turnierverwaltung und -organisation verwendet und nicht an Dritte weitergegeben. Die Daten werden bis zum Abschluss des Turniers und einer angemessenen Nachbearbeitungszeit (max. 3 Monate nach dem Event) aufbewahrt. Rechtsgrundlage: Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO (Durchführung vorvertraglicher Maßnahmen auf Anfrage der betroffenen Person).
Allgemeine Anfragen: Bei sonstigen E-Mail-Kontaktaufnahmen werden die übermittelten Daten (E-Mail-Adresse, Nachrichteninhalt) ausschließlich zur Bearbeitung Ihrer Anfrage verwendet. Rechtsgrundlage: Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO.

When the page loads, your IP address and browser data are transmitted to Google LLC (USA).
YouTube cookies are only set if you actively start playback.

Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (DPF) and relies on Standard
Contractual Clauses (SCCs) pursuant to Art. 46 GDPR as the transfer mechanism for international data flows.

OpenStreetMap
The location page embeds a map from OpenStreetMap. When the map loads, your IP address is transmitted to OpenStreetMap Foundation servers (UK/EU). No advertising or tracking cookies are set. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in displaying the venue location).

This website does not set its own cookies. YouTube may set cookies when you actively play a video (see Section 4).
6. Contact & Registration by Email
Tournament registration: To participate in the tournament, you contact us by email providing your name and email address. This data is used solely for tournament administration and is not shared with third parties. Data is retained until the end of the tournament and a reasonable administrative period thereafter (max. 3 months after the event). Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures at the request of the data subject).
General enquiries: For other email contact, the data you provide (email address, message content) is used solely to handle your request and not shared with third parties. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
